The event, organised by Bengal Heritage Foundation, was graced by the presence of the talented actress Rituparna and director Reshmi Mitra, adding to the anticipation. The foundation organised the event at the esteemed Hakka Garden, a hidden treasure located in the heart of Harrow. Hakka Garden is known for its celebration of the harmonious fusion of flavors and cooking techniques from both cultures, while embracing the multicultural richness of the UK. Chef Steven Lee, with his exceptional culinary skills, brings the distinctive “Tangra” style of Indo-Chinese cuisine to the forefront at Hakka Garden, leaving guests’ palates captivated.
