Petpooja, a next-generation restaurant management platform offering the best PoS (Point of Sale) software and restaurant solutions for efficient management has partnered with GrowthFalcons, a 360-degree AI-based growth marketing agency to onboard F&B brands/restaurants seamlessly onto the ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce). Through the collaboration, both companies will enable restaurants to be discovered, receive intelligent demand analytics, and drive incremental sales.

On 5th May 2022, as a part of the pilot phase, GrowthFalcons, along with Paytm, and LoadShare Networks, completed the first live cascaded transaction on the ONDC Network. The order from the Paytm app was received by the GrowthFalcons Seller platform and delivered to the restaurant on their Petpooja PoS. Having successfully completed the pilot phase, Petpooja and GrowthFalcons will be implementing the strategy to help multiple small and medium restaurants onboard the ONDC network and gain visibility.

Parthiv Patel, Co-Founder and CEO of Petpooja, said, “As the F&B space grows exponentially, gaining visibility becomes a challenge, especially for the small and medium businesses. The ONDC is committed to democratising the e-commerce space, and we are glad to be a part of that journey. We want to do our part in enabling the F&B businesses, established and upcoming, to be onboarded directly onto the ONDC. We are happy to collaborate with GrowthFalcons and look forward to a fruitful partnership.”

Talking about the partnership, Girish Pai the CEO of GrowthFalcons said, “From the time we conceptualised this and the discussion of the partnership came up, we were confident that it would be a success, given that the F&B space is teeming with several new and old players. Our partnership with Petpooja will enable small and medium restaurants to get directly onboarded ONDC seamlessly. With this network, restaurants can now start receiving direct orders at higher margins. We are pleased to partner with Petpooja, which has been building innovative solutions for a segment that is witnessing astronomical growth. We look forward to a long-standing association.”
