Gurugram: Rizin Advisory Private Limited has recently concluded a significant transaction in its Grand View Towers, located at Gurgaon’s Sector 58. The company has recorded a noteworthy valuation of ₹32 Cr for the sale of an entire floor of the tower. The reputed lawyer Mr. Rohit Kochhar of Kochhar & Co. is the buyer of the deal.

With limited office floors available for sale, this deal is the most prominent transaction to date. The office plate was approximately 18000 sq ft in the Grand Hyatt Office Tower and the office fit-outs are expected to be completed by year-end.
