Johnson Controls Community College Partnership Program - Pune

Under the Johnson Controls College Partnership Program, $20,000was donated to each of two community colleges in Pune: Don Bosco and Shri Siddhivinayak Mahila Mahavidyalaya. The donation event was held at Hotel Novotel, Viman Nagar, Pune.

Johnson Controls chose these two colleges because they are providing equal education opportunities for students from underprivileged backgrounds. The funds will be used for tuition fees, infrastructure development, skill development and certifications.

In addition, Johnson Controls will provide internship opportunities with potential placements.

“Every youth should be given the help and opportunity needed to reach his or her full potential. Johnson Controls is here to build the community and grow together. We are excited about the College Partnership Program and look forward to expanding our support,” said Mitul Rustagi, vice president, Finance Shared Service Centers, Johnson Controls.
