This innovative culinary offering celebrated the versatility of plant-based cuisine with a range of delightful dishes. Guests indulged in dishes like the light and flavourful Thai Larb Gai, a traditional Laotian salad featuring plant-based “chicken”, toasted rice, chili, lime, and mint, to accompany Dhaaba Rumali Roll, featuring plant-based tandoori Raan! The menu also included tempting options like the Café Pluck Club sandwich with peri-peri seasoned plant-based chicken and egg and the national favorite Kolkata-style chilly chicken in a delicious plant-based avatar with delightful desserts like Mango Falooda and the Plant-Based Hot Chocolate Brownie.
