Former Indian football player Debjit Ghosh as the mentor and Steve Leon Herbots, Initiator at Heusden Zolder Belgium FA as the Technical Director have joined hands with ASOS to nurture young players
Kolkata, 23 May 2022: North Kolkata’s one of the prominent names in secondary education, Aditya Academy Secondary along with Aditya School of Sports has organised the trials of its residential football academy – ASOS Football Residential Academy. Former Indian football player for Mohun Bagan, Debjit Ghosh has joined as the mentor of ASOS Football Residential Academy, Steve Leon Herbots, the Belgian Professional Coach for Diest Belgium FA, UEFA B and Beringen Belgium FA, has joined as the Technical Director of ASOS Football Residential Academy. The trials are to take place starting from today, i.e. 23rd May’2022 and will continue till the 28th of May.
Aditya School of Sports is Bengal’s Best Integrated School for Sports, providing budding and professional athletes a platform to pursue sporting excellence. ASOS Football Residential Academy has opened trials for both girls and boys U13, U15 and U18. The trial involves rigorous strength training sessions, hydro sessions in the pool or an ice bath for cooling down, physio consultations, and match analysis by our coaches. It is the only Khelo India Accredited football academy in eastern India. ASOS offers a rigorous and challenging sports program with the best- in- sports training and facilities in a nurturing environment for young people. The players will be trained rigorously to bag a chance to play in the I League U – 18 U 13 U 15 slated to start from this November onwards.
